Hotel Cleanliness - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : The hotel common area like corridor, guest waiting area, lift and restaurant area clean and tidy. Just sometimes when I pass by some room I can smell someone is smoking and makes the area and corridor smells bad. 😷🤧🤢 3. Breakfast - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : Nice and good options. The staff is helpful and area are always clean and tidy. I love their KARAK chai sooo gooodddd❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼 4. Staff - 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : All their staff are friendly and always with genuine smiles. Abdul the house keeper is fast and help me change my water boiler because it was broken and not working. I asked for prayer mat and he gave me in an instant. Thank you Abdul. ❤️👍🏼👍🏼

The staff at the Action Hotel are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. They were accommodating during my stay and provided excellent customer service. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend the Action Hotel in RAK for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location with exceptional facilities and service. I will be returning on my next trip to RAK.

I have stayed for 3 weeks in this hotel and truly it's correct when they said it's your second home. Hotel staff are really really very friendly, welcoming and friendly warm. The reception people Ms. July and Papiya were so helpful and caring about all details I troubled them a lot. The cleaning team Mr. Prapoda & Aftap were fabulous. They know what time I wake up and they managed the room exactly as I wish in very short time while I'm staying as I usually doesn't move from room. They are smart, polite and Have nice smiling face all time. I was here for relaxation and it was more than perfect for me. The room space is very good comparing to many hotels. There is nothing much around the hotel. I didn't try the breakfast as I wake up late and couldn't catch.

Staff are polite , courteous , attentive. Behind the hotel there is a grocery which is walkable distance of 1 min. For those coming to Rak first time - note there is all Cash payments accepted in Grocery stores and food outlets /restaurants and cards are not much in Use if you move out of the hotel to purchase things. Im planning to visit this hotel again once I come to visit Ras Al khaimah. So would surely recommend.
